There are absolutely no transaction fees! During a Cubacel double-up promotion the phone will receive a bonus according to the CUC amount sent.

The most common issue is that your bank is not allowing us to process the payment. In this case, please contact your bank or try using another credit card.
It sometimes may happen that your recharge fails. If it happens your credit card will not be charged. The reasons could be that you are attempting to recharge a phone number which cannot accept recharges, or that you simply entered a wrong number or possibly that Cubacel was overloaded at that particular moment. Check that the phone number is correct and try again. Remember you will only be charged for a successful recharge.
You can remove your default credit card on Payment page after log in. You can also change your default credit card the next time you do a topup or next time you do a payment, by entering a new card information and selecting "Remember this card as my default payment card".
Yes, you can change your email address. Go to Profile page and enter your new email address. When you click "Save" we will send an email to your new email address asking for confirmation that you wish to make this change. Only when you confirm the change, will your email address be changed.
To reset your password click "Login" option at the top of the page, type your email in the appropiate field, then click "Recover my Password" just below the login button. We will send instructions for resetting your password to this email address.
If the email isn't in your inbox, please look in your Spam or Junk email folders. It could also be your Internet service provider blocking emails coming through from us. You will need to contact them directly to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund mistakes as all transactions are final. When a sale has gone through the credit can be used immediately. Because of this we cannot refund or remove credit sent to a wrong number. Please always check the number you are sending to.
